Proxy IP Question

I will be traveling and I want to use the IP on my home computer NOT the IP address from where I am at.
So, the question is... How do I do that?
What software would I need?
I will be traveling with a laptop and my home computer will always be on.

Thanks, but all my files will be on my laptop and not the home computer. I do need to use the IP address of the home computer.
