As someone who use to be a sucker for domain names (I own some amazing names) I really think this was a mistake.

A) If their marketing will be mostly online they would be better off getting a domain for 8 bucks or whatever and spending the million on marketing

B) If their marketing will be offline I sure hope they also buy vibrator.com and even at that the million dollar price tag is not worth it

I know some people here are still hung up on names I use to be too my day was 50% about finding bidding making offers and all that on top domains, im glad I kicked that habit.

I highly doubt thou they even paid 1 mil anyone can write anything in press releases.

I wonder how much I can get on e-bay for a ziplock bag full of my asshair...

Dats a whole lotta money. You are right, I would want to have the both versions of the name. The search engine will pick up an 8 dolla name just as well as it would a 1 mill name. I hope that their branding works out. I would of bought Vibratorshop or myvibrator, f spending 1 mill.
