One of verotel servers is down, the verotel script can't add user/pass to passfile after surfer paid.

Maybe I should have offered them an Account at http://www.web-tech-center.com, that way they would have known imediately if something is wrong :)

Now generally spoken, it always baffels me how some important servers can go down and nobody seem to recognize it, even most hosts seem not to care if one of their costumers dedicated boxes is down, as if it would be so hard to use a Server Monitoring Software.....

Due to a power outage last night, our system was unable to add customers to the password file on your website. Therefore our system refunded the transactions back to the customers because he was unable to use his login code. The customer has been notified about this. If you like we can create a list of email addresses from all the customers that were refunded, so you can let them know that they will now be able to sign up for your site. Sometimes I have to wonder if people just throw dat shit up on GFY and expect miracles.
