This looks crazy... I cant wait to see it... but then again there have been so many trailers that disapoint when you see the actual movie...

The shatner original series was great but never got into the others.... TOS was just so damn funny

I can't believe that those chumps in Hollywood keep having to go back to find decent stories. WTF is wrong with these writers? Where's the NEW ideas? NEW stories?

I can't wait either - sucks that its still 6 and a half months away. And true trailers always look better than the movies, but still. This is the most expensive Trek movie ever made ($100M). The story is interesting, and best of all it has all fresh faces in front of and behind the camera (Bad Robot). Plus the guy playing Spock is psycho-boy Sylar from Heros. WOW, this movie looks so damn good. Just. can't. wait.

yep, especially when they remake asian movies such as ring or dark water... wheres the ORIGINALITY? I mean, come on, people can see you're just remaking a movie instead of making a new one.. sux.

The only thing that thrills me is the alarm. Other than that, I'm on the fence on this one for now.

No! Star Trek can never die. .... it almost died with shitty Deep Space Nine, and Voyager mostly sucked, and the worst trek movie ever was Star Trek: Insurrection of course.... (#1 was good and Star Trek: Generations was GREAT, mkay?).
