Definitely not in the USA. Hard to tell from the angle, but that guy looked like he was about 6' 9'' as he towered over them.

US cops .. well the ones I have seen are pretty bad ass and can take care of themselves. Definitely a lot tougher than the pee-wee's and 5ft8 little girls we get in Australia. They are usually scared shitless, especially in town on a fri or sat night.
