We're setting up a legal consulting service for webmasters and really need to know what kind of services would Adult webmasters be interested in.

From what I can tell, getting a site to go down due to content theft is one.

Other would be possible 2257 inquiries and/or problem solving.

Legal service that helps webmasters who got scammed by bullshit SEO companies (for the record this is not about you obviously)

I'll put that in as "scams by IT service companies"

This would also cover design, programming etc.

I don't do adult but I do consider it as just another form of web publishing. Web publishing's common legal issues are: copyright, contracts with providers, sales contracts, terms of service, privacy policy, DMCA issues, and other related issues.

contract making w/o hefty retainers... i remember first getting into the biz and i wanted a lawyer to make some stuff up ironclad but everyone wanted 3-10k retainers...

To qualify my post above: the different legal issues between adult and mainstream--adult's 2257 reporting regulations, applicable obscenity laws, and obscenity jurisdictions.

Reasonable pricing for contracts - check.
