Need someone good with Smarty template structure. Design work.
Looking for someone who knows smarty and how to re-arrange the layouts of such a script. Will include design integration or if your also capable and I approve of it, creating the actual design work itself. Mostly looking for the template arrangement though.
The smarty work is being done with how the X-Cart script looks.
