I went into fusker today after one of my sites' TGP content got fuskered (the bastards used 98 gigs of my BW before I realized it), and I came across one of their pages that must be costing the owner of Bikini-dare a pretty penny.

pretty big as you can see, so it must be costing them a pretty penny in BW.
I wont post the fusker URL here so it wont cost these guys any more.

Anyway, I just installed this htaccess code and it blocked fusker from leaching my photos.

Code:

RewriteEngine On

RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !^http://(.*)?yourdomain.com.*$ [NC]

RewriteRule .*\.(gif|jpg|png) - [F]



order allow,deny

deny from fusker.com

deny from fuskem.com

allow from all

fusker.com is a parked domain you don't need that part.

Also there are many copies of the fusker script in operation so keep your eye out for more servers/domains you will have to add to the htaccess.

Exactly... there's so many variants of Fusker you'll need to keep watching your BW and check logs as a daily routine, especially if your hosting content yourself. Normally I wouldn't care about some hotlinking, but they make money off my bandwidth and content i'm promoting, so I do all the work while they do nothing but make the cash, so fuck that.
