Forming a Legal Entity...
Hi everyone.
I have a question most of you have probably dealt with. I'm preparing to set up an LLC as a legal entity to protect myself in the event of any legal mishaps. Not that I'm planning on having any, but I suppose it happens. Who understands the difference in clear language between filing C corp or S corp status within an LLC? It seems that an S corp is better financially if you are just an individual running a business. Any takers? Art |
An S Corp is not only cheaper to set up, but it involves a lot less work on you. Honestly you can most likely find a pretty good answer in wikipedia.com
Most people in Adult go with either a LLC or an S Corp. I personally have a Scorp. |
s corp is way the way to go and safer then an llc.
