How do you thread a picture from your computer
 

I want to show a picture of my wife but do not know how all it shows is how to do it with url

You upload it somewhere like your webserver that allows file hotlinking.
You then make a thread and choose the image insert icon in the message area.

are there hot chicks or moobs in it?

1.) upload the photo so its on the internet! i use www.freeimagehosting.net
browse for the picture on your computer, upload
2.) youll see the picture on the website, click it until its full size
3.) right click the picture, go to Properties
4.) copy (ctrl-c) the "location" / url, itll end in .jpg or .png , like the green dot under your avatar is "http://www.gfy.com/skins/gfy/images/statusicon/user_online.gif"
5.) use img tags to put your picture on gfy [ img ] http://www.gfy.com/skins/gfy/images/...ser_online.gif [/ img ] (no spaces)
