do you pay for your traffics?

okay so youjav.com is 7 month old, poured many hours working on it, tweaking, adding features.

all i do is post some stuff on a few forums, and it gets those traffic.

now i am stumped, youjav is same as it was 5 months ago...

im thinking of buying traffic, so i can get more sales? does this ever work? can i expect a positive ROI by purchasing traffic ?

so lost:(

straight outright buying traffic you are 99.99% likely to lose money

brassmonkey 11-23-2008 02:27 AM

doridori 11-23-2008 02:30 AM

of course that adds up

but if your ratio of sales per hit with a certain type of traffic is 1:100000, and you have to pay $3 per 1000, you would be paying $300 per sale

then its possible?. if i have ratio of 1:200, then $3 is well spent....guess it depends on traffic

IllTestYourGirls 11-23-2008 04:34 PM

dori, what forums? DO NOT TYPE THEM HERE ICQ me please 388454421

Suggestion for your site, make the "yes I agree and enter" a bit easier to find. Looking good though.

yep, that's how it works

good luck on your dream of 1:200 ratio on bought traffic though :1orglaugh:thumbsup:error

doridori: bought traffic is crap, most will close the window immediately, because the most common method is blind traffic. Unless you're paying per click and you are really offering something nice.

I however, have noticed that when a new site is up, and I buy a couple thousand hits, Google picks the site much faster and then lots of new SEO quality visitors start visiting, and from those, you might actually make a sale ;)

depends on traffic, depends on sponsors, it just depends on all!
what works one way might not do the other way.

if you want at least some quality traffic be prepared to pay $7-12 a K.
that $3 stuff is blind traffic. you need clicked trafiic.

Interesting, never considered the possibility that throwing a block of purchased traffic at a new site would include a number of people with the toolbar installed, each phoning home their visits back to Google... hmmm. :thumbsup

IMHO these days most of the stuff you buy from brokers isn't the best stuff, because a lot of it is GENERATED, rather than just skimming off a small percentage of traffic. There are heaps of sites which have every second or third thumb linked to the broker's in URL.

Ultimately my traffics pays for themselves.

doridori 11-24-2008 12:10 AM

i guess if you could buy awesome traffic, and still profiting from in, than there would be no affiliate programs.
