Which sites do you use to watch streaming movies and tv shows?

I don't watch TV shows, but netflix is good for streaming movies

www.watch-movies.net is the biggest.

OVGuide is a nice jumping-off point to find good sites.

I like to stream netflix while I'm working. Hulu is cool, but it doesn't have the majority of shows I want to watch on it.
