awsome... I want it!

Zuzana Designs 11-24-2008 11:16 AM

I like it.. very clean lines..

mynameisjim 11-24-2008 11:39 AM

Looks like they shoved two cars together. Something about the rear end doesn't look right.

PR|Jordan 11-24-2008 11:41 AM

I dig it, whats the stats on it?

not to many yet... http://seriouswheels.com/cars/2010/t...e-Panamera.htm

MaDalton 11-24-2008 11:43 AM

i'm sure it will sell - one reason less for Porsche enthusiasts to buy Mercedes S Class or so if they need a family car

Arnjen 11-24-2008 12:00 PM

Whoa great one want one whats price range full option?

Triple10Terry 11-24-2008 12:03 PM

Not really digging it.

Rochard 11-24-2008 02:20 PM

I like it really.... It's time for me to break down and buy a damn four door already.

undersoul 11-24-2008 02:22 PM

i like it much better than i thought i would. looks good. hell, they pulled off making a SUV, a 4 door should be easy for people to get used to.

pornguy 11-24-2008 02:47 PM

I think it looks nice as well.

Jarmusch 11-24-2008 02:49 PM

It's ridiculous.

The Duck 11-24-2008 03:01 PM

It looks good. I always liked the design of Porche cars.

Shagbunny 11-24-2008 03:24 PM

Love Porsche design

TripleXPrint 11-24-2008 04:22 PM

It's profile makes it look too much like a Crossfire. :2 cents:

See what I mean when you look at them side by side?

Dodge2hot 11-24-2008 04:25 PM

I love it. Very clean slick design. Better than any other sedan I've seen the last couple years.

Supz 11-24-2008 04:25 PM

that rear window is a sin.

Cyandin 11-24-2008 04:29 PM

fucking hotness!!

alexchechs 11-24-2008 04:30 PM

It has some nice design details but not loving the whole package

I'm right there with ya on that ...

IllTestYourGirls 11-24-2008 04:35 PM

I would have to see it in person and different colors I am not a fan of silver cars.

Fresh 11-24-2008 04:38 PM

i think its a good looking car. It def. will sell. Im not head over heels about it but its very nice.

If i was to go for a 4 door sports car, my first choice would be the Maserati Quattroporte

But porsche is doing the right thing and headed in the right decision. Car makers are now realizing that a sedan CAN be as slick and attractive as a coupe... just because it has four doors and more room dosnt mean it needs to look like shit.

Sports sedans have a solid future. BMW is planning on introducing a new flagship model which will top the 7-Series as the flagship. It will be based on the BMW CS concept. And Lambo recently announced their first 4 door model :)

Yes they do :)

but Rolls Royce is a seperate company and does not account for the BMW lineup. BMWs current flagship vehicle is the 7-Series until a new BMW flagship is introduced to top it. The Phantom can not be counted as a BMW flagship car because BMW owns Rolls Royce :2 cents:

quiet 11-24-2008 04:51 PM

i fucking hate it, other than the view from the rear. and i drive a 911 (C4S).

Ryan St. Germain 11-24-2008 04:57 PM

It's better than their SUV (which I absolutely hate), but I'm not fond of it. I think that if they want to target another audience they should try coming up with something a little more innovative. I can appreciate that they want it to be recognizble as a porsche, but I also believe it would be ok to change it up a bit if they want to take on a different class or market.

Minte 11-24-2008 05:02 PM

I hated the idea and the looks of the Cayenne when it first came out. After I test drove one,i dumped my Mercedes ML350 and got a CayenneS. Best winter vehicle I've ever owned. I might give one of these new 4 doors a try.

there is cross pollination, rr has the fucking 'control knob' that everybody hate in the bmw's :)

smack 11-24-2008 05:36 PM

that thing is absolutely hideous.

and for the love of god, would it kill porsche to make a car that actually looks different for a change. they have been making the same car for over 70 years now.

spacedog 11-24-2008 05:50 PM

not my cup of tea

Fat Panda 11-24-2008 05:52 PM

They tried that with the 924 and 928 series..nearly put them under. Today they own the majority share of VW.

Spunky 11-24-2008 06:05 PM

Never was a fan opf 4 doors.looks sharp though

candyflip 11-24-2008 06:06 PM

I like it.

Corleone 11-24-2008 06:14 PM

looking nice

Elli 11-24-2008 07:05 PM

Can an adult sit in that back seat without hitting his head on the roof? The lines are nice, but it doesn't look terribly practical.

LilBro 11-24-2008 07:10 PM

looks like a subaru WRX on steroids

Danny B 11-24-2008 07:15 PM

Fucking WINNER!
Been looking forward to this. They've been teasing the shit out of it for 2 years now.
I love the end result.

they are also the most profitable car manufacturer worldwide and last year they made more profit than revenue (like probably this year too). if someone knows what he's doing and actually DESERVES his 80 million euro income per year then it's Wiedeking

:2 cents:

Spieglergirls 11-24-2008 09:34 PM

Not too keen on it. But, I'll probably get used to the new design over time.

Boy, I wish I had enough posts to put up pix of my cars!

wanted 11-24-2008 09:42 PM

I would only accept it as a gift.

tranza 11-25-2008 07:38 AM

Excellent marketing backed up by a quality well engineered product that delivers precisely what a customer expects. Add to that a world class service and parts network. It's not hard to see why they have done well.
