The fact that they're teens and that the car was a Subura WRX says they caused it.

Well both the others involved were over 70, and McCain was said to be inept, so maybe those older people were inept. Point being it did not say the kids caused the crash.

Even if they didnt cause the crash to stand by like they were watching a movie and to have food delivered on top of that shows a real lack of empathy.

Anyway, if it's true, it's interesting that as we've been morally decaying for thousands of years, we've at least been advancing technologically in that time.
