It annoys the fuck out of me to see a hosting provider advertising 24/7 support on their website, yet not one of their icq contacts listed is online and when I call the SALES NUMBER to discuss my needs and open a fucking account, NOBODY ANSWERS THE GODDAMN PHONE! I can't believe I got an answering machine... so much for 24/7

24 minutes and hour / 7 hours a day = 24/7

Only one single phone number listed on entire website..

The company I use I have had since 2000 and they really have 24/7 support. SOMEONE IN THE OFFICE with the servers.

Though you would think spending money should be easier, this sounds like a pre-sales issue that has nothing to do with support.

Webair which I am with have support 24/7 in fact I have always got a live chat going when I needed to. Im not sure the same goes for sales contact though.
