Have you made what you wanted to so far in Adult?

When you first decided to give it a shot, did you set a time lenght and a goal, and have you reached either??

This game is no longer an easy one, and takes lot more work to turn a nice profit. On top of that, there are so many new people all the time that most don't want to help. At least not like the old days.

You can ask others about me, I am a no bullshit kind of guy, and I don't mind helping. When you are making money, I am making money.

If you want to chat about what you are doing or thinking about doing, I have 10 years of experience full time in adult. So I am here to listen, offer advice and help. that way we all get as rich as we can.

My ICQ is 174228679 and my e-mail is pornguy at epiccash.com

I am an affiliate rep for the companies listed in my sig.

:) :pimp :winkwink:

I've never made what I wanted. I had a $3,300 month and it went downhill after that.

PG was a lot of help for me.

Can't wait to get my plans into action.

^ Damn.

My goal is to make $10k/month after I get my site(s?) up but we'll see how that goes.

How hard is it to get 1000 members that pay $10 for a site?

I need to spend more time developing my sites -- focusing anew on my core multi-girl site www.sploshme.com, which is in bad need of a fresh tour. My single-girl sites do OK, but in today's market I see a run to quality and quantity in what customers are buying.

With a full-time job, it can be hard finding enough time to get it all done. Sub-contracting may be the solution to help get it done quickly.

And my affiliate program www.sploshcash.com needs promo material added to it. Again, time is the main problem for me.

Even with these issues, I've earned way more than I had hoped for in just a couple years. Things are good and steady, but "comfortable" is the death-rattle of desire, so I really need to work harder.

I'm looking to refocus my efforts on my sites to make them more profitable to help pay some medical bills and old debts.

It would be nice to buy a home foreclosure in a year or so... that keeps me motivated.

I've been in the industry for a year now, and I'm still very much in the red. I work my ass off every day trying every scheme I can think of, but I simply have no real traffic. I can't wait for the day when all the fucking blogs I've been writing are read by more than one person, and more than one person shows up to all the cam shows I do. Frankly, I made more in a weekend when I was a stripper than I have the entire time I've been a full time solo girl. And no, that is not an exaggeration. I have the goods, my track record proves that to me.

I'm only an amateur, but for my budget, I think I produce good content. The problem is that no one knows I exist. Hell, you probably didn't know I existed til just now, and I've been here every day for the last six months. I came out at XBiz, and think I made a favorable impression, but that has amounted to sweet fuck all thus far. It's frustrating and sometimes a bit depressing. I have wanted to be in this industry for years, and have sacrificed so fucking much to get here...and watch the whole thing pass me up. I honestly don't know why I even log on.

But I'll keep at it. I've heard that you only get one shot...apparently I'm just on a really long trajectory.

So no, pornguy, I have not reached my goal. Not yet. But any constructive advice will always be well-received with me.xxx

The less I concentrate on money and the more I concentrate on satisfied clients & suppliers by being honest, open and exceed expectations, the easier things come automaticly and fall in place better then I expected.
It makes me wonder if luck gets somehow powered by being true and by wanting the best for others before putting yourself first.

good point of view, but some of the satisfied clients likes all to be free, they're not paying for porn...but you are paying for hosts, domains, spend time and other costs. :warning

For the topic: I made some money in the past, but in the last years all was going down, because the internet and all industry its very dynamic, and I haven't spend to much time to get up to date with all the "new tehnology"

But now, back in the biz, trying to make some fresh new $ :pimp

Lately it is a lot harder than it sounds. Keep in mind that people are paying bills and food first. The good thing is, the price of gas has dropped and that will free up some porn money.
