Been having problems with getting charged twice for transactions lately. I'll use my card and it will show up instantly debited in my balance, then it will stay in my statement and get taken out later as well.

tranza 11-26-2008 12:44 PM

There is a technical issue causing some transactions to be deducted twice, Tech is working to fix it.

I expect it to be and I really really really hope it is.

Oh, great... I thought it was just mine.. I feel better now... but hope it's fixed soon so I can pay for my new server then make a withdrawal before hitting the road for holiday travel.

Yeah, funny how it's always in the banks favour too.

marko13 11-28-2008 05:10 AM

i was charged twice for one transaction.... And i was thinking that the problem is on the cashier who took mine epass to charge it.... But if it from epass than i will wait for that transaction to be refunded....

sevent1 11-28-2008 10:14 AM

I have the same problem.

I took out money from the ATM and it showed up in my statement. Then, the same amount showed up as "pending". It's still pending. But taken out. Stupidly at a different exchange rate.
