Did anyone elses Epass balance just go negative??!!!
 

I had (foolishly) over $2500 in my epass account which I hadn't withdrawn...now I have $-1700!!

Anyone else having these same issues?

Uh, yes it did actually. Yesterday, I noticed they had some funds as "pending" even though the transaction was denied on epassporte's end (because I was trying to have something sent to my condo instead of my address on file with epass.) I wrote them about that, and not only did they not fix it, but now I'm in the negative. WTF.

I was told there was a problem and they are working on it... I noticed a bunch of duplicate transactions under my account, all done today...

There is a technical issue that have caused that the Pending transaction did not drop when a transaction is settled, Tech is working on it and it should be fixed soon.

yeah shit is all fucked up here.

Not negative, but I have a charge that's been pending since the 7th of November... kind of annoying since it was a gas station, so the pending charge is way more than the actual amount.

I told my BF he is never allowed to use the epass card for gas again.

The same here :( my account is negative too. I have double transfer which i have made just once :(

I called them a few minutes ago and they are on it.

All good here. Then again I didn't do any tranfers lately.

p2p transaction should have been dropped or will be very shortly.
Virtual card and Electron card transactions are being dropped for those that have contacted me, if you have not contacted me send me a email to [email protected] and I will get them dropped within 24 hours or it will happen automatically within the next 24-48 hours.

I have like 10 pending transactions and a negative balance. I'm sure it will be fixed though.

My account isn't negative, but i do have some transactions that have cleared and still show pending as well. Email sent to Michael O:-)

Negative was fixed, but still have issue with sponsors payout being deducted after getting it, so my balance is what it was before getting paid. Is sponsor supposed to resend?

noontime yesterday I was told two hours..

7:30pm when I messaged back to check on status I was told two hours..

Here it is now Thurs 9am EST and it's still fucked up and now this is fucking up my holiday plans. :mad:

Around 48 hours and this fuckup still exists!!!

well it got fixed but I took out money today from ATM and it doesn't show that I took out $ in the account ? will it update later on or something?

The best thing about epass is they have Michael Olsen. When we got prob, he fix it asap. Consider paypal you email them or call and wait forever.
