I went hunting a couple of years ago with my mate, and we bagged a wild turkey. He was a chef at a restaurant and he took it there, deep fried it and then brought it over. It was fucking AWESOME!

Have tried deep fried turkey a couple times . . . not impressed. I will take BBQ any day over greased up.
