Thanks. They haven't all been great. But the key is we are learning from our mistakes. We've spent the past year building a really solid team and things are really starting to pick up right now. We are gearing up for 2009 and really going to concentrate on what we are good at. Which isn't always easy, I'm often easily distracted but what everyone else is doing.
