How Do I Setup Geo Phrases?

I've been trying to find info on setting up Geo Phrases but haven't had much luck.

I'm looking to display the following text -- "City, Country" -- the user is from, who is viewing my website.

Can anyone help me out? Thanks

you need a geo ip database like the one at www.maxmind.com

Maxmind has a free database (city/country)..
You either need to load it as apache module, or as PHP module.

I can write the code if you are interested. Less than an hour work.
