tracking sponsor payments
Statsremote does a great job with overseeing my stats, but what do you guys use to keep track of what sponsors have actually paid?
Any methods, spreadsheets or whatever that someone is willing to share? Over the past year, I've run into way too many sponsors who forgot to pay me, or checks that were lost, etc. And most of the time I found out by accident. There must be some more of my cash floating the internet... Just don't know how to start. |
I'd like to know too..

I believe nifty stats does that. I just installed it and havent had a chance to look myself sorry.

I hope Statsremote will come out with this feature soon, it's been over a year with no new features added. |
Bumpity...
Anyone from niftystats here? |
I keep track the old fashioned way, Excel spreadsheet with a worksheet for each sponsor. Each has an earnings column per period and column to record payment method and date/amount received, so when they slack off, I'll know. I also use Quickbooks to consolidate all this info and be ready to fight for what they try to report (or not) to the IRS and what was actually paid out.

I just use Quickbooks. I'll create an invoice for a sponsor that week's sales. When I get the check from them I can match it up to the account so I know how much is left outstanding.

May be my sig?
I have a epassporte name and checks. |
Nifty Stats has this option in paid version...
