Complete with time bomb at whatever point in the video you like. I have a 20mbs connection and can usually get 2-3 mbs upload rate.

The user watches a video and when he gets to a certain point it shuts down his computer.

I am told this is not to hard to set up and could be a good way to fight illegal tubes.

If the videos are smaller I might be able to do a bulk price. Of course they will still need to be big enough to be accepted by the tube owner.

I have not talked to one person that I know that blocks java. Every single computer and every browser comes with java enabled. How many end users you know say oh I have to block java!!!!! NONE, only the old guys from days past when java slowed down your 56k modems. But now I my self have not blocked java and have no down time loading any site or worry about virsus from a script. YOu can get a virus from PHP scripts. Anyway other than that... your missing a whole lot!!

You talking about a virus on some one, you need to be shut down and maybe removed from this site or any other site. Invading peoples computers and making a cold shut down is in my opinion just as bad as killing their property as cold shut downs will damage the computer software and may stop it from staring. If tube sites don't want these scripts to show their videos they can stop out side sites from doing that with access from others sites not allowed in their .htaccess files or other ways in windows. NOT FUCKING UP HARDWARE asswhole!!!!

DMCA requires the host to not have anything to do with uploading or checking any of the content on the sites. There are many posts that state if the host checks one he's responsible for all the content and until notified he's exempt from the content and copyright issues.

But look around and see how much "illegal" content there is, like bestiality, scat, underage, etc and you will find little. These guys are checking what they have on the site. The problem is this industry is too disjointed to go after the Tubes stealing content. The Youtube case outcome will be interesting.

Now onto reality.

Javascript can't do anything, except some minor viruses. Java can do a lot of stuff, and it has numerous exploits. Java is rarely used because Flash is easier to work with. Only Adobe makes the Flash plug-in, and it integrates well, but there are several different Java plug-ins and none of them work properly, and nearly all of them crash or screw up, and some applets only work with one version of the plug-in, but you can only have one version installed at one time.

If I were a tube site and you were uploading crap, I would already have your IP address. If you have that kind of bandwidth, you are probably doing it through a server, so you don't have a dynamic IP address. I would ban it. And I would complain to the abuse department at your ISP/webhost. They already hate you and will terminate your account.

You can't upload "Java" to a tube site. You can only upload a video, and that video gets converted into flash video format. Online streaming tube site video is 99.9% flash video format.

And you are committing a felony. You are "exceeding authorization levels" without consent. Those users did not give you consent to turn off their computers. Indeed, your discussion here nothing less than conspiracy.

DMCA says that the host is not liable for infringing content. It never said anything about checking.

The Court said that checking is not required. And checking once does not create an obligation to check again.

The Court also said that the host is not expected to be able to distinguish between infringing and non-infringing even if it were to check regularly. Actually, the court specifically said that even if (a) the host checked, and that (b) the video had been professionally produced, and that (c) it was watermarked with the logo of the producer, the host wasn't liable and wasn't expected to assume that it was infringing.

yeah I can agree but who is to say these people (most of the ones that make these comments you are talking about) even work in adult?
