Are taxi drivers exempt from being pulled over?
 

Every time I get a taxi home, they do 80mph+ no matter what, running red lights 3 seconds after they have changed, etc. Is there some unwritten law that exempts taxi's from being pulled over by the po po? :helpme :helpme :helpme

yeah here in nevada only TCA taxi cab authority can enforce taxi's

which sucks cause here in vegas even if they run someone over they won't get out the fucking cab until tca show's up and then they don't get out...

Similar thing here, they drive very aggressively but seem to get away with it. I can only recall seeing a pulled over taxi with a cop car behind it once in my life... ONCE!

My friend always uses a taxi when hes going to pick up some coke.

One of the last taxi's we had in Vegas, we actually had to ask the guy to slow down.

My girlfriend was shittin herself at the speed he was going. No need at all...
