CCBill Weirdness
 

I just got 3 sales notification from CCBill sent on the 25th of November and now my November balance is $155 lighter than when I checked last night. There are no chargebacks recorded so this has got be perplexed and pissed. Anyone got a solid CCbill contact?

Same thing here. A couple of sales notifications from 24th and 25th arrived this afternoon. Total currently showing for November is about $550 short, -13 rebills, -24 new signups.

Our programmers are currently performing some emergency maintenance. Everything besides the 23rd ? 29th should be correct and everything should be back to normal here in the next hour or two.

Corvette and Paul were on the case less than 3 minutes after I made the post. The problem was quickly identified and we are all good.

P.S. I'm glad it helped a few others out there who noticed the same thing but I still fee like an ass for not using ICQ first before posting on the boards.

Having same issue here. CCbill is missing sales that I had during that time frame 23-29th. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

are you guys affiliates or main account holders?

Main account holders. Gotten over 200 "rebill" emails today when i have actually had a fraction of that so who knows

non stop emails here today. very annoying.

Ya just got home from driving 600 miles and had an inbox full of rebill notices, lol. Not too worried about it, Mark is on that shit. :thumbsup

We had a problem with the way sales were reported for the last billing week (23rd Nov - 29th). Last night we had to re-import the sales into the reports which would have caused another sales notification email to be sent out for sales during that time.
Rest assured that none of this would have caused a problem with our ability to track or process sales.
