Anyone know of any artist sites that work like elance etc.
 

Looking for a site where there are starving artists who all submit their ideas for a project and then you pick whoever did it best, then pay.

Not a logo company, but for small pieces of artwork. Looking for something that deals with a mainstream project that needs some artwork placed on the boxes.

Try your local Art Institute, they have a job board.

like real painters? for a physical painting?

Ya that is the look I am after. Will reproduce it on a box top, but want to start with real painters, or chalk, etc.
