MacSpeech dictation software... anyone use it?
 

Experiences? I have a metal elbow bone joint that just can't take typing without getting sore as fuck, figured I may be able to talk my way out of arthritis/carpal.

Headset recommendations?

If there was a program that really worked I would burn the mother fucker up.
