DIRTY SHIT going on at NameJet... anyone have know contact there other than tech?
We won an auction, have proof of this with the email from them and withdraw from bank account, and they gave the domain to someone else anyway (and say they can't get it back)!!!!!
All we can get on the line is a dumb ass tech support ass. Anyone have a solid contact there? Any domain pros in here can help? |
never heard about namejet but i've been out of the expired domins market for years...
good luck.. try the domain forums perhaps |

So it turns out that "xxxclubwm" (Cory) who works for DomainBullies.com ended up with the domain, the one we won.
The plot thickens. My bad, he owns the company. I guess its obvious how he ended up with a domain that he didn't win in an auction. Duuuurty. |
i had good experiences with namejet, this is odd

Enom has an INSANE amount of complaints against them for this sort of thing once you start to look into it. It's all very shady. |
As of now this is what I know... we won the domain, NameJet.com sent us an email saying we won it, they took the money out of our bank account, then gave the domain to a guy who owns another registar, then refunded our money and put it back into the account and then CLOSED our NameJet account.
Wow. |
Nicely played.

Shoot me an email at lsuchamps2008 at gmail.com, Ill give ya a great domain forum, they would have the best advice, if you still want the domain..

This just keeps getting better.
So today NameJet and Enom say that ALL of our contact info is invalid, yet they read off the correct information. They say we were sent emails EVERY DAY to tell us there was a problem. Yet we get their ALL their other emails, just not this one. They are unable to produce a single bounced email that they claim came back to them. So after screen capping the inbox showing we do get their mails and it's a valid email, the same email where they sent us the winning email and after telling them T-Mobile is getting us a paper to confirm the number is valid and was working during the times they say they called (which changes the story from what they told us yesterday which was they only called the billing number, not the contact number. Today they say they called both), now they want scans of credit cards, ID and fill out more forms. LOL They keep changing their story and making us jump through more hoops, only to change the story again. Enom actually owns NameJet at until we were firm with them, they refused to even admit they were the same or could access our NameJet info. Then after some walking in circles with them, they could access it all and help. LOL I know many people use these companies but I'd do so at your own risk. If the domain you want is something a domain bro wants, you will lose it even if you win it. |
So now... we jumped through MORE hoops and called the guy back, Dustin, who told us to call him.
It's been about 15 minutes, he was waiting on our call. Now... everyone there says he didn't even come in today. So we get to start all over again with a new monkey. |
they picked the wrong person to fuck over.. keep at it.
what's their email? I feel like cursing at them. |
You tell them
