Satic html page causes antivir to alert?
Hi,
I just noticed that a couple of my websites causes my avira antivirus software to pop up an alert window saying "HTML.heuristic malware. This website may contain suspicious code." Well, as I dont't work with cms or other software which causes some alerts due to not well coded software this whole thing nakes me confused. I can't find any damaged code on the site. But when I check these files on my local machine there's also these alert pop up. Can anyone help me with this? One of my sites is this high-def-milf.com Thanks Steve |
HTML code simply can not contain viruses, just in case the in the HTML code are inserted sequences of a JavaScript code that can call other scripts to run. Delete some nasty words from your text and then run the page without those words, it is possible that because of certain words from your text may cause these warnings.

Thanks Daniel :thumbsup Now I deleted every text within html commtents, made the code w3c compliant and for testin I deleted the javascript. Then I test the file online with virustotal.com which checks on multi antivirus softwares. Result: no errors on any antivirus software but only on avira antivir. It seems that the last update from antivir made the programm much too sensitive for normal html code :(
