epass issue once again...
 

anybody get this error now "You may not send funds to this user." ? I been sending money to the same accounts for a while now, and yesterday I get this error, anyone know what's up?

Is that user from a country that has restrictions?

maybe they added new restriction? because 2 days ago I could send money there no problem... and another thing, i'm trying to send money to my buddy in the same country and it says "The Account Holder you are trying to send money to is not able to receive transfers from non-Business Accounts." wtf ?

I'm going to go out on a limb and say the account holder you are trying to send money to is not able to receive trasnfers from non-Business Accounts (personal accounts). Just a guess.

but both accounts are personal...

It doesn't matter.

Look in Account features it explains what your account can do and can't do.

but everything was working fine just 2 days ago

Please email me your UserID and the UserIDs of the receipients and we will look into it.

Obviously the other guy has had his account blocked.

all the ones i couldnt sent to werent blocked, i could sent to them from my other epass acount, so your reply doesnt hold ground.

Which countries have restrictions now?

I'm having the same problem.. called the phone number and the indian chick said the account looks fine.. tried to send a dollar to most of the people on my list and got the same error

If anyone else have this problem please send me a email with your UserID and the UserIDs you are trying to send to.
