I think they are all databased into a file. You just needing to back it up or?

The problem is that I saved all my contacts on "Groups" using Outlook Express. And now I want to export it to a psv file, to use it on a software I bought, and I can't.

I've been reading online, and it seems that I can extract the e-mails addresses from the actual e-mails I still got on my inbox.

But most softwares I'm finding online that actually do this are either paid or don't work too well. And I don't wan't to pay for something that I don't even know if it will work!

It's not that easy, I need a psv file to make it work. So I want to extract the addresses from the actual e-mails.
