Legal question - Internationally valid NDA?
 

Do these exist? How do I go about getting one of these prepared?

The agreement would involve developers from the US, Russia, Germany & China

I would imagine that each of the countries would need some sort of treaty... and considering we have a difficult enough time getting China to honor their various business treaties, you are probably SOL.

I figured that, we could probably keep china out of the loop until the very end (manufacturing)... but the others are a must.

As is my understanding, you can sue the person if violated but you would have no way of collecting.

I think the issue you will have is much like in the US, you can have people sign anything you want all day long but it doesn't really make it enforceable in any court of law.

so how do people / companies that file for patents have any protection when using a patent lawyer / service?
