I need Centralized text link manager

Hi!

I need help or your suggestion how to solve my problem with text link management.

Does anyone know where could I get script (cheap) for managing Text links on ALL my websites from one centralized location (website).

I have 20 sites and it is a nightmare to manage all this link.
