Adult Directory Owners

Hi all webmasters I've just started my big adult directory and would like some ideas to get other webmasters to submit to my directory.

Should I work on building up links to my directory by getting deep links and doing hardlink trades to back pages in my directory?

Or should I work on getting my websites main Index page a higher PR so people would like to submit with a recip?

Please give some Ideas and feel free to check out site in sig.
