After several years of using your service you have decided to question who I am, and gave me a time limit to do so.

So, what is the plan if I do not respond in time? Does that give you the right to keep my money?

Can you withdraw money directly into a bank account rather than put it on a card?

While I feel they have potential I think in order to be a better alternative people have to be using them.

they will lock your money if you don't send them all your personal info. Get your money out and open a new account, problem solved

Its a requirement from VISA that we follow their Know your customer rules.
You have 30 days to submit the documents if you don't want to withdraw your money before the 30 days are up.
If you don't withdraw your money before the 30 days are up your account will be blocked for outgoing transfers until you submit the documents, if you still don't want to submit the documents then we will allow you to withdraw the balance of your account and your account will be closed.

Error during ACH (Checking) Account validation: The specified checking account has not been set up to function as a withdrawal mechanism.

It is a problem with the USA... Not Epassporte... You would have to give similar info to any financial institution. Ever tried getting an offshore bank account lately? Everyone is afraid of USA.
