i am sure you know what new law i am talking about. The one coming into action on Jan in uk. see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Extreme_pornography

Is fisting classed as something "which results in or appears to result (or be likely to result) in serious injury to a person?s anus, breasts or genitals"? I assume its not. What about anal fisting though?

Is there any kind of list that the uk gov has released with more specific examples? I take it sites like http://www.kink.com/ are off limits for uk webmasters (and surfers) now..

The UK has been passing laws like this on porn for decades. Good luck to them getting a conviction on fisting. Remember it has to get pass a jury and the DPP know that to their costs.

The CPS have more info on their site about what they class as obscene. The new possession law only comes into play if the content is already obscene under current law. The Ministry of Justice released guidelines (posted somewhere on GFY) that made that very clear.

The way I work is very simple. If the BBFC would issue a classification for it, its OK. If you can find R18 fisting movies then its fine, if not, avoid it.

anal fisting is my favourite
