I still have that IOU note thing ibill gave to people. Who owns the company is not my problem, I do not have business with any paticular person at ibill, my business is with the company ibill. So give that useless crap about new owners a rest. I had been doing business with ibill since 1997 and you all thiefs ran off with my money. You cannot fix the reputation the company has untill you resolve the unpaid debt issues the company has.
