What does that have to do with your site not being compliant?

There is no 2257 declaration on your site but you are showing sexually explicit images.

It's great that you say your content is compliant but considering that your site isn't...Well, what kind of a message are you sending out? We are supposed to believe that you care about your clients being compliant but not yourself?

Add a proper 2257 statement.
