Remote access solutions

I need to setup a remote access for an employe to gets acess to a PC at work from his home...

It needs to be really really simple since he's not very fast when it comes to computers.

I've looked into go2mypc, is there any free or better solutions out there ?

RealVNC dosen't count, since it's a dynamic IP adress.

if RealVNC does what you need, then just use a DynDNS service so your user can identify your office IP when/if it changes. If he is a little slow, then using what you already know, is always preferable.

Make sure the router/firewall at the office is configured correctly so nobody but him can get access, and run in on a non-default port

I use logmein.com - Pro version. If I can use it, it's simple ;) I think they have a free version too.

I use gotomypc.com and I love it.

very fast 256 bit secure. I keep it on 24/7 so no matter where I am I can always connect to my computer. I never see a delay.
