Sad thing is the psych testing is supposed to be the best in the government at finding people they want. You need to be a certain type of person to be a cop in the first place. The catch is that that "type" is usually a sheep minded, angry at the world, self righteous, centurion power drunk. Why can't we have more cops that break the law by turning a blind eye to that joint they caught you with rather than cops who break the law by hurting people?
