how do you identify the hardware for a laptop monitor???
We got a laptop that we just wiped clean, (we have none of the recovery or install disks or anything) we literally have Windows XP pro and that's it.
We wiped it clean and now we need to add the monitor drivers, but how do we identify the hardware to know what drivers to get? |
do you mean the video drivers? anyways just look at your laptop model it should be printed somewhere on your laptop and do a search on google or go to the manufactors website and get the drivers

I've used this before. It worked out fairly well.
