here is something i always wonder when that show is on... the latin girl on scrubs named carla has a huge fucking five head, a duck mouth and an overall alien face - i noticed that her appearance actually makes me a little sick physically. Conclusion: She's ugly

so how in the fuck is she casted as a some kind of 'hot' girl? Like the platoon guy who has the hots for her... it's just impossible.. i think a woman did the casting.
