It's fairly slim fitting. You can conceal it under a bulky jacket easily. Not so much under a t-shirt.

I have seen U.S. vets with flak jackets on, I guess some could have been vests for all I know. Only problem I could see is some have armor plates in them. But a normal kevlar jacket or one of those dragon skin ones should be legal in both Countries to walk around and look buff in.
