New 2257 regulations questions.
1) Do we now need to post the TITLE AND DATE before each movie?
2) Since we're repackaging and redistributing the content, couldn't it then get a new title? 3) How long does it need to display? 4) Does it need to go on all our FHMG clips as well? 5) Does it have to be part of the actual encode? Or can we just run a 2257 warning clip, then run the movie? 6) Does it have to go to a physical mailing address, or could we direct it to a URL and on that URL list all the producers and their 2257 physical addresses? |
I think an attorney would be a better person to ask . . . . or read them.

I agree, it would be best to consult your attorney regarding any new changes. It's always cover your tail ;)

Isn't going to ever materialize into something to be concerned about imo. :2 cents: Was already a dead law, and I don't see how they can change a few things and make it valid again.
