LOL, I had a slice earlier at Natural Cafe, which they have some good cake. But that just wasn't enough. I could seriously go diabetic in 1 day if there were enough Carrot Cake around.

Looks tasty. It all depends on the moistness of the cake and the creaminess of the icing.

Its ok to eat some in moderation, just not the whole cake.

my wedding cake was carrot cake.:) its one of those things when its good its great when it sucks it sucks bad.

only thing you can do is keep eating it until you get sick of it....This just happened with me and some of the most awesome bologna I've ever tasted in my life...I was eating bologna sandwiches for breakfast.

I made my daughter a carrot cake from scratch for her b'day and she went nuts for it. lol
