Webcam streaming solution for members area?
 

I'm looking for as many private webcam solutions as possible that will accomplish the following:

Enable the site owner to broadcast a video to his members, free of charge to them, privately.

I understand that for a decent sized 'show' windows media, flash media or something like red5 will be needed but there's a definite learning and time curve to that also. I'm looking for an easy, cheap way to set this up.
