I think this is super fucked up:

A) they have way more money than the pilots estates
B) The pilots have families and people who rely on those assets
C) The family of the pilots lost people too.
D) It's not like the pilots were trying to kill everybody on board the plane.

You should send Kimbo over there to give those pussies something to really cry about.

So long as it wasn't negligence, the pilots should walk free (less court and legal fees). I can't imagine how AM/Barker are going to show wreckless intent to cause harm happened.

So he's suing because the pilots made a life or death decision with only seconds to decide. So what would he have done had the pilots got the plane in the air with flat tires? Did he think it would land ok on flat tires? Hell he might as well sue some illegal tubes and McDonald's with all the people this guy is suing.

Sue the Aviation company if he feels there was negligence but leave the dead pilots families out of it. This ass is just looking for a money grab and it shows by the simple fact he's trying to sue Leer Jet. What a fucking asshole.

Sad as it sounds when you file a law suit you file against everyone who could be liable in one go. They don't want the money from pilots estates its the companies listed on the suit.

I was thinking do pilots carry insurance for that? Like my friend who is a freelance news camera guy has to carry a umbrella to protect him for law suits.

:2 cents: as sad as it is, its the truth. A company like goodyear might ignore a potential problem because the liability is less than the cost to fix the problem, people almost have to sue or they wont fix the problem. You have to make it cheaper for them to fix the problem than get sued.

you don't have to file against everyone, you file against everyone to guarantee max cash/odds of winning...it is a choice and that is the choice the lawyers took and they barker/am approved...you can pick and choose who you include if you want
