I gave up smoking 1 year ago today.
 

Cold turkey worked for me, nothing to it.

Yeh nasty habit. I have a friend trying to cold turkey right now, but having a hard time. He hadn't smoked in years then went out with a new girl who was a smoker and he started again.

They just passed a new law in Florida no more smoking in Restaurants and Offices. Finally. I can't stand eating a meal and smelling smoke. Take it outside. That is like so rude.

Smoking is a fucking disgusting habit, and to be honest
i cant beleive its legal... ban em i say.
