too me they seem to thin, yes there is such a thing to me as too thin in a laptop, it feels like a toy, would much rather get a macbook pro

Something to note, though: Do be careful purchasing one of these. They are not warrantied or supported by Apple themselves, and I don't believe you can get the updates directly from Apple (I could be wrong on that). I for one buy from Apple because of the stability and support the company offers. I like the peace of mind of bringing it to ANY apple store and getting the problem resolved there on the spot, and if they can't, I get a new machine with my old stuff copied over. Wonderful :thumbsup

If your question is do they update from Apple as in Leopard downloading patches, security fixes, etc., yes they do, they have legitimate Leopard installs. :thumbsup

Hum. Sounds interesting, but I still wonder if it's worth the price difference. My Macs last for about 3-4 years until I get a new (more powerfull) one, so the difference over 3-4 years not worth the possible hassles down the road...

I still have my (Power PC) G5 purring under my desk and I think it is still good for couple of years...

FUCK apples overpriced bullshit. Linux is far superior as an operating system but the mac does have some video apps that rock.

They are a good deal and much cheaper, don't know why anyone would bad mouth them, they are actually quality machines.

Looks like a nice deal, if I didn't need a laptop I'd replace mine with one of those :thumbsup
