Calling all designers

As you are about to see, my design skills blow dead goats.
So, I'm looking for somebody to come up with a real good design for us.
We are building a site that sells movies for download. VOD I guess you could call it, but really simple.
http://www.pornpenny.com/TEST/

As you can see, each video presented will have 4 thumbs 200 wide, and of varying heights.
There is also a link to a sample vid which has a thumb 320 wide by whatever height it turns out.
Each vid has a description price, etc. as you will see when you look at the test site.
There is navigation and search.
Each of the thumbs link to a page with a full size screencap.
What we need is a colour scheme, and layout that is attractive and surfer friendly.
Obviously, the text must be visible, but we don't require any particular font, colour, or size.
We don't care if you have links down the sides in columns, or whatever.
All we care about is that it's easy to navigate, and that all the pages have a common theme.
A logo would be nice.
The buy now links can be replaced with graphics, or whatever you think would work best.
Keep it fairly simple but let your imagination run.
You can PM if you absolutely have to, but what we would like to see is a link to a mockup .jpg or whatever giving us all some ideas and getting some feedback from other designers.
Yes, of course we will be happy to pay for the final design, css, and whatever we order.
We will also need some banners and stuff when we have finalized a design.
Is that enough info?
Got any questions?

I'll take any and all ideas under consideration.
I can be reached on ICQ at 1583634.
My hope for this project is to get a few ideas from people, and then hire the final design done from the studio that seems to have the best idea.
So far, on the places I've posted this request, I've gotten one response from a fellow.
I'm not requesting a full blown website mockup, all I want is some nice original ideas and a color scheme. It can be a scanned sketch or a line drawing for all I care.
A bunch of people seem to think I should hire them, pay half, and then go through their ideas with them. That kinda defeats the purpose of soliciting design ideas.
To me, on this particular project, that is the wrong way to go about it.
I've seen a lot of design sites, and a lot of portfolios and they all seem to blur together, so that's why I'm soliciting ideas. I don't really care what you have done for other people, I care what you can do for me!

To be fair scuzz, I think your expectations are too high. You hire a designer to physicly create something for you, but you are also paying them for their ideas and creativity.
And more importantly you are paying for their TIME.

90% of the designers here are always booked/always working. To think that they would stop work and spend a few hours (20+ bucks an hour for a good designer btw) trying to punt for your job is unrealistic i think.

"A bunch of people seem to think I should hire them, pay half, and then go through their ideas with them."-----Well... thats how its generally done. Sorry about that.

I Hope someone does come through for you though. And I hope I havent offended.
